Eskolta’s study on NYC DOE’s teacher leadership program highlights the dedication and growth of educators shaping the future.
I art directed and designed the multi-chapter publication, weaving NYC DOE’s brand colors with my original photography, custom icons, and charts. The spacious, clean layout invites readers to explore the findings and connect with the research and the real people it represents.
