IPL generates rigorous research and innovative policy solutions to some of the world’s most pressing immigration challenges. The lab strives to make complex, often highly technical research accessible to a broad audience spanning policymakers, practitioners, academics, funders, and the media.

I worked with the lab's executive director and research team to develop marketing materials on our immigrant health research initiative. For this brochure, I first wrote copy that simplified the lab's multi-year projects into digestible summaries that quickly convey questions being studied and the value of the findings for policymakers and philanthropists involved in healthcare reform. I selected engaging photographs, clearly organized information, and Stanford's brand colors to communicate not only IPL’s scientific rigor and credibility but also the human aspect of our research. These materials are now regularly used in relationship-building conversations with new partners and funders.
