OVERVIEW
This report presents findings from a multi-year youth participatory action research project exploring how NYC alternative high schools support student success. The work aims to influence policymakers to adopt more equitable accountability policies.
I worked closely with the research team to develop a visual approach that honored the students’ voices, balancing the playfulness of the watercolor illustrations with a design system that communicates the report’s depth, data, and policy relevance.
